That’s why we develop a clear and accurate estimate of our work before starting work on your project.
If it takes less time to complete the job, we’ll only bill you for our time.
If, during the job, it looks as if the project will require more time, we’ll consult with you first and explain why.
This approach enables us to keep a simple promise: We will never surprise you with a bill.

Image processing: $40 / hour
Comprehensive ACR5 or LR3 raw file processing, as specified by you. Includes basic color & density corrections, some sensor spot removal, sharpening, crop, localized adjustments, preferred file type, output size, and color space, and any other specifications you can think up.
Standard retouching: $70 / hour
Pixel-level adjustments, including precise removal of unwanted elements such as dust, sensor marks and scratches. Includes modifications to reduce wrinkle appearance, blotchy skin and other minor imperfections.
Compositing / extensive retouching: $110 / hour
Creation of composite image from multiple image sources – and it doesn’t matter if those sources are original images you provide, stock imagery, or a combination of the two. Also Includes: re-lighting (for group shots in which members have been photographed in mixed lighting); re-coloring (for images not white-balanced); or re-creating (for custom creating parts of an image that may be missing, added, etc., like swapping heads or adding a product).
Photoshop contact sheets: $10
8.5 x 11 custom Photoshop contact sheets. You tell us how many images per page; how you’d like the pages titled; and whether you prefer matte or glossy paper (with or without sheet protectors). And we make your wish come true.
Archival storage: Negotiable Media archiving (organizing and burning to preferred media): $25 / CD or DVD (with disk branding options available). Or $6 per GB on an external hard drive, plus the cost of the hard drive.
